- Eddie V's Mother's Day Jazz Brunch will feature a fabulous 3-course menu with options including (but not limited to) Norwegian Smoked Salmon, Lobster Quiche Florentine, Alaskan King Crab Omelet and their famous flaming Bananas Foster.
