Our sister property, Seaport Village will host its 9th annual Busker Festival this weekend from 12-6 pm and we are very excited to get into the mix and host a few acts at The Headquarters’ courtyard.
If you’re wondering what a Busker or a Busker Festival is, let me give you some background. Buskers are popular across the globe, they are public street performers known for their unusual and awe-inspiring acts. San Francisco’s Pier 39, Boston’s Faneuil Hall and London’s Covent Gardens are locations known to have vibrant busker scenes that showcase this incredible street art. Each year, Seaport Village holds a festival where they host talented buskers from all over the world.
Come early and grab some lunch at The Headquarters while you check out talented buskers and musicians.

March 7th, 12-2 pm: The Suburbans, (50s inspired live music)
March 7th & 8th, 4-6pm: Extreme Rahim (Comedy variety show)
March 7th, 2-4pm: Carolyn Woods (Live body painting)
March 7th, 2-4pm: Manny Cepeda Trio (Salsa live music)
March 8th, 12-4pm: Adrienne Nims (Jazz live music)

Seaport Village will also host its racier, 18+ event- Buskers After Dark on Saturday, March 7th, 7-10 pm. There will be a dj, beer, wine, and food specials as well as some fine busker performances. So, make sure to check that out as well.
Please note that our parking lot will be filling up fast this weekend due to the festival. There will be extra parking at the Hilton Hotel Bayfront parking lot located on Park Blvd. Free shuttles will take guests back and forth from the Hilton Bayfront to Seaport Village. Shuttle stops will be marked with umbrella and signage. The shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 11:30am-6:30pm. All day parking rate at the Hilton is $10.
