Puesto collaborated with Donut Bar for this whimsical take on an ice cream sandwich. Instead of the conventional cookie encasing vanilla ice cream, Puesto uses crispy flour tortillas masquerading as a flattened doughnut and heavily dusted with cinnamon sugar. Small shards of chocolate and drizzles of chocolate coconut ganache complete the decadence. Puesto at The Headquarters, 789 West Harbor Dr., San Diego; (619) 233-8880.
