"Eater donned a hard hat to check in on progress at The Headquarters at Seaport District, Terramar Retail Centers' new downtown dining and shopping mega-complex in the old San Diego Police Department's headquarters.
The building has been repainted, a tree and fountain added, and its core restaurant tenants — Pizzeria Mozza, Puesto, Eddie V's, Seasons 52 and The Cheesecake Factory — are all moving along with their build outs. The eateries are expected to be complete by October, with a grand opening for The Headquarters tentatively set for November 17..."
